Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and digital platforms
- Experience as product owner, product management, or project management, ideally in agile teams
- Experience in international project management and complex system rollouts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Design and optimize digital products for the S division
- Develop multi-channel concepts for holistic customer experiences
- Manage the global B2B platform for Schmetz and Groz-Beckert
- Bridge the gap between specialist departments and IT
- Identify customer pain points in purchasing and consulting
- Prioritize requirements with sales, marketing, and service teams
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Support the international rollout of e-commerce and sales tools
- Maintain and quality assure customer portal content
- Monitor KPIs to optimize portal functionality and acceptance
- Link e-commerce solutions with digital shop floor systems
- Manage CRM software and expand digital sales processes
- Conduct global training on digitalized sales processes
