Aufgaben
- Prioritize team backlog for upload station solution
- Align backlog with PI objectives and Agile Release Train priorities
- Manage end-to-end vehicle to AWS cloud data flow
- Ensure data flow reliability, scalability, and predictable throughput
- Evolve upload station capabilities
- Handle station configuration and lifecycle management
- Manage local buffering and retry handling
- Monitor and ensure observability
- Secure cloud uploads
- Translate autonomy and data domain requirements
- Create clear backlog items and acceptance criteria
- Identify and manage scalability, availability, cost, and operational risks
- Interface with vehicle, data processing, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Collaborate with Product Management and other Product Owners
- Manage cross-team dependencies
- Provide transparency on delivery progress and operational health
- Communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
- Ensure backlog readiness
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies
