- Advocate for customer and rider needs
- Build deep understanding of user pain points
- Balance rider experience, business goals, and constraints
- Use user research, data analysis, and prototyping
- Develop domain understanding of mobility services
- Translate insights into problem statements and priorities
- Create a clear team roadmap
- Prepare and prioritize features as epics and stories
- Collaborate with Technical Lead and Agile Coach
- Ensure product quality and delivery reliability
- Create visibility on goals, trade-offs, and risks
- Manage dependencies with other product teams
- Feed rider insights back into the organization
- Contribute to the Product Community
