- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand and/or Digital environment
- 2+ years as Product Owner or digital product management role, preferably agile
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
- Experience creating strong internal business cases for investment/resource requests
- Strong experience in product creation to manufacturing or similar areas
- Experience working in design or creative related field (preferred)

- Lead the quality and strategic impact of a digital product
- Collaborate with the agile team to improve the digital product
- Define and manage a robust product backlog
- Manage capability expansion increments
- Lead the team in defining new functionalities and best practices
- Ensure the success of the digital product for users and the company
- Specify the product vision and roadmap
- Create user stories that add value for users and the company
- Deliver the product in line with the roadmap and committed dates
- Solve dependencies with other product owners
- Coordinate interfaces between different product teams
- Represent the business for the digital product
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Capture stakeholder views and requirements in the product backlog
- Understand and manage user needs across business processes
- Prioritize items in the product backlog
- Cooperate with the product team to define the definition-of-done
- Refine the product backlog for effective enhancements
- Accept delivered backlog items according to the definition-of-done
- Monitor and optimize the product’s configuration and features
- Use objective data and feedback for product optimization
- Promote the product within the user community
- Identify and manage process improvements for efficient product delivery
