Anforderungen
- Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- 10+ years of leading teams and leaders with strong leadership skills, including managing complex situations
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in HR IT
- Technical system understanding of SAP HCM, Employee Central, and SuccessFactors
- Several years of experience in digitalization project implementation
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
- Proficient in managing transformation processes and implementing change management strategies
- Good understanding of enterprise integration and challenges with complex ERP environments
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and German
Aufgaben
- Provide functional leadership to HR-IT-Product teams
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Steer 5 Product Owners in technical leadership
- Manage the HR-IT roadmap aligned with organizational objectives
- Facilitate international IT project delivery
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders
- Facilitate discussions on product features, timelines, and priorities
- Hold responsibility for the HR-IT budget
- Hold Product Owners accountable for their figures
- Define international strategy for internal and external workforce
- Negotiate contracts with external service providers
- Monitor contract terms and durations
- Collaborate with other HR IT Teams for integrative solutions
- Work closely with the People & Competence manager
- Work closely with the Scrum Master
- Work closely with the Product Line Manager of Enterprise Applications
