Aufgaben
- Lead development of new product features
- Contribute to custody product vision and roadmap
- Act as SME in digital asset custody and related services
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage backlog
- Engage in stakeholder management across business and development
- Provide insights through operational and management reports
- Perform ad-hoc analysis of custody-related data
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system integrations
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Business Operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with infrastructure and development teams
- Ensure completeness of business documentation
- Participate in regular risk call updates
- Coordinate follow-up actions from risk calls
- Drive and contribute to risk initiatives and improvement programs
- Report operational and system incidents to Risk function
- Monitor and perform operational and system controls
- Maintain documentation and evidence for compliance
- Act as key point of contact for Custody department
- Support internal teams with procedural questions
- Manage internal user groups for application issues
- Educate internal teams on new features
