1st line IT support for crypto-native financial services, managing incidents and user requests. Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID administration experience required. Option for crypto salary, high autonomy.

Anforderungen

  • IT apprenticeship or relevant professional experience in 1st level support
  • Solid understanding of IT service desk and incident management processes
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Entra ID/OnPrem AD user and access management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets
  • Good documentation skills
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Valid working permit for Switzerland

Aufgaben

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT issues and requests
  • Provide timely 1st line support for hardware and software
  • Log, triage, and manage incidents according to SLAs
  • Escalate complex cases to 2nd/3rd line support with clear documentation
  • Keep users informed on progress and resolution timelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware issues
  • Perform basic hardware replacements
  • Set up and configure workstations for new starters
  • Manage asset tagging and inventory
  • Coordinate equipment returns and decommissioning
  • Support Microsoft 365 environment (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, calls/meetings)
  • Manage user accounts, access, and security
  • Administer users and services via OnPrem AD and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Enroll, configure, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune
