In this role, you will shape product messaging and value propositions while analyzing market insights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, creating marketing assets, and ensuring a deep understanding of consumer needs and competitor offerings.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in marketing or similar discipline
• •Strong experience in marketing or product communication in consumer goods industry
• •Fluent language skills in German and English
• •Ability to interpret consumer insights and define product value proposition
• •Passion for hands-on product work and interest in gardening/DIY activities
• •Customer thinking and ability to tailor product communication
• •Ability to present and communicate complex topics simply
• •High self-motivation, drive to succeed, and teamwork skills
• •Excellent planning and multitasking skills

Aufgaben

• •Define and develop value propositions for products
• •Analyze consumer and market insights to shape messaging
• •Understand consumer profiles and purchasing journeys
• •Translate product concepts into clear messaging for target groups
• •Create and approve Product Tool Kit assets following brand guidelines
• •Gain product expertise through hands-on use
• •Collaborate with Product Management, Brand & Marketing, and external agencies
• •Research competitor products and messaging
• •Support internal sell-in assets and present at events
• •Collect feedback and insights from Brand and Marketing teams
• •Ensure availability of relevant product marketing information
