- Own the roadmap for the Integrated Content Pipeline
- Collaborate with learning experience designers and legal experts
- Transform insights into actionable deliverables
- Define problem spaces and solution architectures
- Establish acceptance criteria balancing speed and UX
- Drive integration of authoring, localization, and publishing tools
- Manage streamlined workflows and APIs
- Instrument the platform for observability and usage tracking
- Analyze production KPIs and error budgets
- Conduct A/B testing for continuous improvements
- Facilitate key stakeholder rituals like opportunity framing
- Lead alignment sessions and requirements gathering
- Plan go-to-market strategies with clarity for engineers and stakeholders
