- Align engineering, sales, and marketing teams on customer value
- Partner with design and engineering to ship high-quality solutions
- Drive product adoption and retention with customer success teams
- Analyze customer feedback to improve the product experience
- Research market evolution to anticipate future CMS and DXP needs
