- Proven years of industry experience

- Knowledge and experience in Process Automation and PAT
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
- Several years of working experience in product management, marketing, or relevant field
- Strong verbal and written negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to present with high impact to senior and top management
- Highly organized and results-oriented personality
- Excellent networking abilities
- Excellent proficiency in English, both in writing and oral
- German is a plus
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40-50%)
Aufgaben
- Derive and communicate product vision
- Execute product vision to drive portfolio growth
- Influence decision-making for product-related topics
- Advocate for the product portfolio internally and externally
- Build and leverage market intelligence for decision-making
- Understand market trends and customer needs
- Plan and execute product launches
- Manage product life cycle based on business plans
- Create marketing strategies considering regional requirements
- Ensure commercial competitiveness of products
- Define and refine product requirements with customers and stakeholders
