- Review metrics to identify actions and optimize performance
- Conduct reviews to ensure business impact and fit with customer needs
- Lead improvement and recommendations

- Drive innovation by leading teams to develop agile concepts
- Deliver prototypes and act on feedback
- Prioritize company goals in road-mapping
