- Collaborate with product owners to enhance MSPO service maturity
- Align service development with portfolio strategy
- Engage stakeholders in service development
- Create and maintain service development roadmaps
- Support operational teams with threat intelligence and innovation
- Build products based on intelligence and risk
- Balance stakeholder needs across the organization and regions
- Stay updated on cybersecurity developments
- Represent market needs to internal stakeholders
- Manage diverging interests to optimize service
- Identify and guide service development based on client needs
- Work in a dynamic, growing organization
- Drive innovation in a multi-disciplinary team
- Create clear overviews and facilitate decision-making
- Develop a competitive product portfolio
- Gather market intelligence on service features, pricing, and performance
