- Proven professional experience as Product Manager in SaaS or platform environments
- Experience with KPI-driven product management
- Experience with data-informed decision-making
- Strong understanding of backend systems
- Strong understanding of APIs
- Strong understanding of scalable architectures
- Familiarity with Jira
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Familiarity with analytics/monitoring tools
- Proactive, solutions-driven personality
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Structured hands-on mentality
- Business fluent English skills
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Own core platform services
- Manage APIs, authentication, authorization, and user/permission systems
- Execute product strategy for Core Services
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
- Align roadmaps and dependencies with Product Leadership
- Analyze technical KPIs
- Translate KPIs into business impact
- Define technical standards
- Evolve technical standards
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams
- Prioritize platform initiatives
