As the Product Lead for Connectivity, you will shape the strategy for innovative energy management solutions, guiding a talented team and driving partnerships and product integrations that enhance sustainable energy use across Europe and Asia.

Anforderungen

• •8+ years of hands-on expertise in DER integration or SaaS/IoT energy management
• •Expertise in product management
• •Leadership in cross-functional team settings
• •Experience running OEM partnership programs in Europe and Asia
• •Experience working with OEMs and a network in that space
• •Comfortable leading hybrid and cross-functional teams
• •Experience with budget and P&L responsibilities
• •Experience launching cloud-to-cloud integrations from concept to production
• •Excellent English and stakeholder management skills; German is a plus

• •Own the end-to-end lifecycle of connectivity products
• •Conduct initial discovery and gather requirements
• •Define and champion product strategy and roadmap

• •Collaborate with the growth team to certify new OEM partners
• •Deliver key product integrations
• •Manage the budget for connectivity initiatives
• •Drive efficient resource allocation
• •Define and track success metrics
• •Use data to inform roadmap decisions
