- Fluent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop and improve self-adhesive tape solutions for masking, packaging, and repairing
- Translate customer and business needs into tape solutions
- Drive product development projects from idea to serial production
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on product development
- Maintain and improve existing product portfolio
- Strengthen technological know-how in adhesive and tape technologies
- Develop, evaluate, qualify, and implement new materials and technologies
- Translate requirements into technical product concepts
- Lead product development projects and feasibility studies
- Build and maintain technical know-how with external partners
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new raw materials and suppliers
- Plan, execute, and evaluate laboratory and application tests
- Drive product transfer and scale-up into serial production
- Ensure technical maintenance and optimization of existing products
- Act as a technical interface between departments
- Monitor market and technology developments for innovation opportunities
- Conduct patent and technology landscape research
- Contribute to intellectual property protection
- Document development activities and ensure knowledge transfer
