- Lead development, scale-up, and industrialization of liquid processing technologies
- Drive process scale-up and technology transfer to global production sites
- Lead technical aspects of CAPEX investment projects
- Develop safe, efficient, and sustainable production concepts
- Act as technical expert for hazardous material management and safe handling
- Drive process innovation and technology scouting
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and equipment
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, patent research, and IP activities
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with global teams
- Build technical capabilities through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Develop process engineering standards and best practices
