You will ensure mobile robotic solutions meet global standards by guiding engineering teams through complex safety designs, risk assessments, and the technical certification process.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in engineering or science
• •Experience in electrical and mechanical certification
• •Experience in machinery and functional safety
• •Ability to translate regulations into engineering
• •Confident communicator with pragmatic mindset
• •Knowledge of International and European standards
• •Knowledge of country approvals and homologation
• •Experience in IECEx/ATEX equipment certification
• •Experience with SISTEMA or Pascal software
• •Experience in UL and NFPA approvals
• •Engaged, proactive, and precise personality
• •Willingness to learn and expand skills
• •Excellent English and optional German knowledge

Aufgaben

• •Lead electrical, machinery, and functional safety initiatives
• •Advise engineering teams on compliant system design
• •Develop and maintain global product certifications
• •Perform risk assessments and implement safety concepts
• •Drive Design for Compliance (DfC) requirements
• •Provide guidance on thermal management and material flammability
• •Define safety concepts and control architectures
• •Determine required PLr and SIL targets
• •Review electrical designs for IEC compliance
• •Document hazard analyses according to ISO 12100
• •Verify reliability calculations like MTTFd and DCavg
• •Mentor engineers on functional safety standards
• •Research regulatory changes affecting product compliance
