Aufgaben

• •Convey client needs to suppliers regarding clinical supplies.
• •Advocate for suppliers to customer-facing teams.
• •Coordinate with Quality department on supplier performance.
• •Develop sourcing strategies with Strategic Sourcing teams.
• •Support sourcing requests for global sites.
• •Maintain supplier accounts for competitive drug access.
• •Preserve relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• •Negotiate prices and cash discounts with suppliers.
• •Lead supplier business review meetings for improvements.
• •Support Client Services in procurement strategies.
• •Communicate market information to Market Intelligence analysts.
• •Collaborate with Supply Chain for timely product deliveries.
• •Attend daily triage meetings with procurement specialists.
• •Apply Good Distribution and Manufacturing Principles.
• •Support QA and clients during product recalls.
• •Ensure compliance with QA, legal, and finance regulations.
