Anforderungen
- Completed scientific or technical studies (Dipl. Ing, Bachelor or Master's degree) and relevant professional experience in process safety
- 5+ years professional experience in SHE with focus on process safety
- Sound knowledge in Process engineering, plant safety, hazardous incident and environmental law
- High initiative and sense of responsibility, communication, cooperation and teamwork skills
- Experience with risk assessment and hazard analysis
- Very good independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Implement, maintain, and develop plant safety processes and standards
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements for plant safety
- Advise and support plants in preparing hazard analyses using HAZOP/PAAG
- Assist in developing explosion protection concepts
- Prepare assessments regarding machine safety
- Serve as the contact person for process safety in investment projects
- Support the implementation of site development projects
- Implement technical projects within the plant
- Improve site processes through project implementation
- Execute digitization projects to increase site efficiency
