- Create and maintain customer and item master data
- Monitor and resolve EDI transmission errors
- Support quality service providers and system-based blocking
- Communicate with customers, service providers, and manufacturers
- Handle complaints via the complaint management tool
- Prepare and supervise inventory stock takes
- Manage OEM-specific returnable accounts and reconciliations
- Report cargo damages to insurance companies
- Coordinate internal warehouse and transport damages
- List additional costs for monthly final billing
- Order additional packaging materials for customers
- Create process documentation and packaging instructions
