- Experience with warehouse and logistics processes and SAP processes within the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of standard MS Office programs and SAP R/3
- Experience in project management, ideally in the packing sector
- Leadership experience
- Good analytical thinking, eagerness to improve, organization and prioritization skills, authoritative communication skills, customer-oriented behavior
- Confident communication in German and English, further languages desirable
Aufgaben
- Define and develop process flows for container management and packaging
- Manage and implement projects to optimize and standardize plant processes
- Coordinate and track operational logistics services based on defined KPIs
- Optimize container management for operational logistics
- Ensure optimal container supply and replenishment control for production
