Anforderungen
- Deep understanding of German and European data protection laws
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly in German and English
- Fluency in German and English for client communication
- 3-5 years professional work experience in relevant function/consulting/project management
- Strong academic track record with relevant studies, ideally in Law
- Solid expertise with complex regulatory framework/requirements in Data Protection (GDPR)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Mature Project Management skills
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C2)
- Very sharp analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of reliability, resilience, and commitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Masters Degree (or equal) in law or similar field
- Ideally holds Privacy certifications (e.g. CIPP/E)
- Solid project management skills
- Basic Compliance Background is of an advantage
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution

- Draft legal documents
- Review legal documents
- Represent Allianz with supervisory authorities
- Conduct compliance audits
- Provide data protection training
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly
- Support German-speaking clients and stakeholders
