Anforderungen
- Deep understanding of German and European data protection laws
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
- Extensive communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders
- 3-5 years professional work experience in relevant function/consulting/project management
- Strong academic track record with relevant studies
- Studies ideally in Law
- Solid understanding and expertise with complex regulatory framework/requirements in Data Protection (GDPR)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Ideally experience with OneTrust
- Mature Project Management skills
- Fluent in German (minimum C2)
- Fluent in English (minimum C2)
- Very sharp analytical skills
- Very sharp conceptual skills
- High level of reliability
- High level of resilience
- High level of commitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent assertiveness
- Initiative

- Masters Degree (or equal) in law
- Masters Degree (or equal) in similar field

- Previous experience in insurance business functions
- Previous experience in asset management business functions
- Previous experience in consulting
- Previous experience in digital/tech
- Experience applying ChatGPT
- Experience applying Generative AI
- Experience applying Ethical AI solution
