Privacy & Compliance Management Assistant(m/w/x)

Beschreibung

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring adherence to privacy and compliance regulations. Daily tasks will involve monitoring regulations, managing compliance risks, and organizing training to boost legal awareness among employees.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Information Security, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
• •1-3 years of relevant experience in privacy compliance, legal affairs, risk management, corporate auditing, or EHS compliance
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• •Proficiency in German is a plus
• •Familiarity with GDPR and other European data privacy regulations
• •Knowledge of corporate compliance management, including business compliance and EHS requirements
• •Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• •Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
• •Excellent learning ability and execution skills
• •Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills
• •Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
