You will drive complex semiconductor projects from concept to mass production, balancing technical standards with strategic planning to ensure the company delivers high-quality IC solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
• •10+ years project management in semiconductor, industrial, or automotive development
• •6+ years leading complex multi-site projects or programs
• •Proven delivery across full IC development cycle
• •Knowledge in stage‑gate developments and configuration or change management
• •IATF16949 and/or ISO26262 as a plus
• •Business‑fluent English
• •German as an advantage
• •IPMA Level C/B or similar certification
• •Advanced MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools
• •Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• •Ability to travel internationally as needed

• •Lead complex analog and mixed-signal IC projects
• •Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• •Orchestrate deliverables across design, test, and operations
• •Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and IATF 16949
• •Drive comprehensive project and resource planning
• •Manage project risks, deviations, and mitigation plans
• •Handle change requests and assess impact on goals
• •Act as the primary stakeholder point of contact
• •Translate product roadmaps into executable project plans
• •Resolve conflicts and align diverse cross-functional teams
• •Steer decisions using data and engineering evidence
• •Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations
• •Develop and improve project management methodologies
• •Mentor team members to strengthen leadership skills
