Principal Digital Verification Engineer(m/w/x)
IC design validation for automotive and industrial sensors, setting up complex test environments following IATF 16949 processes. Expertise in UVM and constrained random methodologies required. Working with state-of-the-art verification environments.
Anforderungen
- Master's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or related field
- Expert knowledge in functional verification of integrated circuits
- Expert knowledge in UVM and constrained random verification
- Basic knowledge in formal verification and SystemVerilog assertions
- State-of-the-art development of verification environments and IP
- Knowledge of MCU verification and hardware/software co-simulation
- Knowledge related to mixed-signal verification
- Good documentation skills according to automotive standards
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to improve development processes and strategies
- Willingness to learn and adopt new methods
- Self-driven work style
- Experience in multi-site and multi-culture environments
- Record of technical publications and presentations (plus)
- Fluent English in text and speech

- Lead verification project planning and execution
- Set up complex verification environments and testcases
- Verify IC designs for automotive and industrial sensors
- Follow IATF 16949 development processes
- Establish best practices for verification methodologies
- Streamline general and project-specific verification strategies
- Collaborate across digital, analog, and architecture teams
- Establish consistent and efficient project workflows
- Mentor team members to improve collective capabilities
- Enhance quality procedures related to verification
- Support the selection of verification IP
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and workflows
- Improve existing environments for efficiency and re-usability
