Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
- 8+ years embedded systems software development experience, ideally automotive domain
- Deep knowledge of embedded processors and microcontroller architectures in automotive applications
- Deep knowledge of embedded operating systems
- Deep knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
- Low-level embedded programming in C, scripting with Python or equivalent
- Development, integration, debugging of low-level drivers and firmware, including HAL and middleware
- Board-level design, circuit analysis, debugging with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Automated and system-level testing frameworks and methodologies
- Motivation to initiate and drive projects to completion, open mind for international environment
- Good understanding of technical requirements and customer expectations
- Strong communication skills, ability to represent technical solutions clearly
- Collaborative mindset, passion for mentorship, innovation, impactful results

- Improve existing tools.
- Create proof of concepts.
- Develop automotive MCU applications and reference designs.
- Deploy embedded systems for automotive applications.
- Optimize embedded systems for automotive applications.
- Provide technical direction on low-level embedded programming.
- Provide technical direction on real-time operating systems.
- Provide technical direction on hardware abstraction layers.
- Provide technical direction on system performance optimization.
- Advise strategic automotive customers on MCU integration.
- Support marketing and sales teams during design activities.
- Train FAEs, sales, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and application teams.
