- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and process analysis
- Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management
- Excellent documentation, communication, and client engagement skills
- Professional fluency in German (mandatory)
- Professional working proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead customer workshops to analyze manufacturing processes
- Design and optimize PAS-X recipes for GMP-regulated processes
- Configure and implement PAS-X / MES solutions
- Integrate interfaces to automation level 2 systems
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP platforms
- Translate business requirements into functional designs
- Provide professional consultancy throughout project lifecycle
- Contribute to project planning and effort estimation
- Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing
- Maintain professional fluency in German
