Anforderungen
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7+ years in safeguarding functions
- Relevant business experience in ERM, ORM, or Internal Risk & Controls Systems
- Alternatively, relevant business experience in BCM, IT SCM, Incident or Crisis coordination, or other resilience areas
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, internal controls testing or implementing mitigation solutions preferred
- Proven track record and relevant experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and implementation
- Experience managing internal or external clients (consulting) and client focus
- Great communication skills for broad audiences and seniority levels
- Excellent command in English for presentations and reports
- Ability to change communication and leadership style according to audiences or situations desired
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experienced in agile and flexible approaches
- Pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
- PowerPoint and Excel skills (complex functions)
- Experience in other GRC tools preferred
- German language skills desired
- Genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT)
- Genuine interest and affinity for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
Aufgaben
- Lead client engagements and ensure deliverable quality
- Manage project workstreams and guide consultant teams
- Communicate project timelines and link activities to Allianz strategy
- Develop business and lead client pitches with Engagement Manager
- Foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
- Drive service development and identify project opportunities
- Manage internal projects and strategic team development
- Support daily operations and provide strategic guidance
- Contribute expertise to other consultants' tasks
