- Strategic and operational management experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience within P&C insurance
- Affinity for MS PowerPlatforms or GenAI
- Proficiency in process transformation
- Interest in IT and Generative AI
Aufgaben
- Complete assignments under Engagement Manager guidance
- Meet all project deadlines and deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Manage conflicts and stakeholder relationships
- Analyze customer needs to develop innovative concepts
- Contribute to project pitches and proposals
- Support clients through effective key account management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned tasks
- Identify future client needs for new projects
- Contribute to the growth of Allianz Consulting
- Coach and mentor team members' development
