Anforderungen

  • Minimum 5 years relevant pricing experience
  • Preference for legal or professional services pricing experience

Aufgaben

  • Advise Partners on maximizing client relationship value
  • Model financial impact of pricing arrangements
  • Challenge key decision makers on pricing
  • Support Partners in client-facing engagements
  • Partner with COO and Client Relationship Partners
  • Provide financial and commercial support
  • Plan deployment and investment for profitability
  • Support Partners in pricing complex transactions
  • Ensure pricing governance and consistency
  • Serve as pricing subject matter expert
  • Support pricing team promotional efforts
  • Deliver presentations to increase internal adoption
  • Raise profile of PCI team in Germany
  • Encourage use of Firm's tools for pricing
  • Provide education on pricing proposals
  • Advance pricing as a strategic tool
  • Assist Partners in budget development
  • Monitor budget against actual performance
  • Provide project management for complex litigation
  • Act as advocate for legal project management
  • Ensure strong working relationships with support functions
  • Promote and maintain pricing management policies
  • Support best use of legal process and technology
  • Improve commercial outcomes for firm and clients
  • Keep abreast of industry pricing practices
  • Assess key pricing trends
  • Support development of pricing models and tools
  • Monitor profitability of pricing models
  • Provide advice on improving matter financial performance
  • Deliver post-matter financial analysis
  • Provide pricing and business information
  • Collaborate on ad hoc commercial initiatives
  • Support ad hoc pricing initiatives
