- •Strong analytical skills and understanding of the used car market
- •Leadership experience with ability to guide and motivate a team
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •High level of ownership, structure, and hands-on mentality
- •Proficiency in English; German or another European language is a plus
