Aufgaben
- Manage projects end-to-end for Pricing, Contracts, and Tenders
- Ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk parameters
- Act as a central coordination point between Commercial Excellence, IT/technical teams, and external partners
- Drive structured execution, governance, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Own day-to-day project management activities from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Track progress against scope, cost, quality, and timelines
- Own the integrated master plan across workstreams
- Highlight deviations and coordinate corrective actions across teams
- Facilitate project governance forums and status reviews
- Provide clear, concise, and regular project reporting
- Produce high-quality, consistent reporting for senior leadership teams
- Translate complex execution status into clear, decision-oriented insights
- Ensure one single source of truth for status and delivery progress
- Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies at an early stage
- Define mitigation plans and escalate when required
- Ensure proper documentation and decision tracking
- Support or coordinate creation of key project documentation
- Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance
- Provide regular reporting on project status slides and presentations
- Maintain project management tools
- Define and maintain PMO standards, templates, and routines
- Ensure consistent ways of working across workstreams and regions
- Maintain PMO tools for planning and reporting
