- Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager are desirable

Aufgaben
- Establish and run PMO governance across countries, business units, and sites
- Create transparency, reliable planning, and execution excellence across deployment waves
- Establish PMO standards, templates, tools, and reporting standards
- Drive adherence to the global deployment methodology and stage-gate governance
- Support Deployment Leads in integrated deployment planning
- Track deployment milestones, dependencies, assumptions, and critical-path activities
- Monitor readiness progress for deployments
- Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs, schedule adherence, and delivery health
- Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and actions
- Maintain RAID logs
- Facilitate risk reviews and escalation processes
- Ensure mitigation actions are tracked to completion
- Coordinate deployment budget tracking and forecasting
- Coordinate resource plans
- Coordinate external partner reporting
- Organize governance meetings, decision forums, and steering committees
- Maintain deployment documentation
- Coordinate testing
- Coordinate data migration
- Coordinate cutover activities
- Coordinate training
- Coordinate organizational readiness
- Coordinate hypercare activities
- Coordinate Go/No-Go preparation
