In this role, you will engage with customers to identify their needs and demonstrate how Thinkproject's software can provide effective solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with sales, delivering impactful presentations, and contributing to the development of presales materials.

• •Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role
• •Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable

• •Identify customer opportunities and pain points
• •Define compelling use cases and business value
• •Demonstrate how Thinkproject software addresses customer needs
• •Become an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions
• •Configure and present solutions in a customer-centric way
• •Work on new or existing account opportunities independently or as part of a team
• •Support Sales in achieving new revenue goals with technical expertise
• •Follow the PreSales process to discover business pains
• •Deliver value-based conversations during client pitch calls
• •Use demos and presentations effectively
• •Define product and solution scope for implementation teams
• •Develop a presales knowledge base with collaterals
• •Build and manage use cases, demo material, and storyboards
• •Assess and respond to RFIs and RFPs from a technical perspective
• •Detect new business opportunities with existing customers
• •Provide structured feedback to product and development teams
