Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will guide customers through their journey with MetaCompliance, from initial product demos to successful onboarding. You will manage evaluations, deliver training, and ensure a smooth transition to the platform, all while collaborating with various teams to maximize customer success.

Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German and strong communication skills in English
- •1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- •Experience working with SaaS products
- •Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills
- •Ability to manage several customers and projects simultaneously
- •Comfortable working independently and in a cross-functional team
- •Ability to quickly learn new software and explain it simply to customers
- •Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles
- •Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital compliance, or IT concepts
- •Experience working with Account Executives, CSMs, and Support teams
- •Prior exposure to Pre-Sales work
- •French or any other European language is a plus

- •Partner with Account Executives to position MetaCompliance during evaluations
- •Prepare and configure customer trial environments using templates
- •Identify key themes that matter most to each prospect
- •Deliver engaging demonstrations and walkthroughs
- •Support customer questions during trial calls
- •Ensure demo materials and documentation are tailored and up to date
- •Take ownership of the customer journey post-contract
- •Deliver structured onboarding programs across multiple modules
- •Train end users and admins on effective platform usage
- •Guide customers through setup and early adoption
- •Coordinate with Support for technical issues and escalate as needed
- •Collaborate with AEs and CSMs for smooth handover and success milestones
- •Track onboarding progress and drive activation and engagement
- •Maintain clear documentation and provide best-practice recommendations
