Anforderungen
- •Minimum 3 years experience in a Go-To-Market role
- •Proven experience in Sales Enablement or Product Marketing
- •Strong understanding of sales methodologies and tools
- •Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills
- •Ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging programs
- •Analytical mindset with experience using data for decisions
- •Collaborative approach with relationship-building skills
- •Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and sales enablement platforms
- •Native German speaking and fluency in English (min. Level C1)

- •Collaborate with regional GTM leadership to define enablement objectives
- •Develop and execute an enablement strategy to support revenue growth
- •Create and manage enablement resources like playbooks and live sessions
- •Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
- •Support partner enablement strategies in collaboration with the partnership team
- •Oversee adoption of sales tools like Salesforce and AI-powered solutions
- •Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline processes
- •Develop coaching frameworks and career development paths with Sales & CS Managers
- •Provide feedback and support to improve deal outcomes
- •Track and analyze GTM performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- •Use data insights to refine enablement strategies
- •Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- •Advocate for the regional GTM team's needs in internal projects
