- Collaborate with M365 Operations & Governance
- Apply consistent environment and lifecycle policies
- Partner with M365 Solution Architecture
- Ensure platform-level readiness and scalable design
- Own intake and prioritization of Power Apps demands
- Classify demands into citizen dev, fusion team, or professional development
- Ensure consistent delivery patterns and quality standards
- Work with SHM unit liaisons to understand automation needs
- Create value-adding enterprise tools and libraries
- Assess demands for architecture compliance and governance
- Partner with Personal Productivity & Democratization Team
- Ensure high-quality templates and onboarding support
- Work with AI Literacy roles to train users
- Support growth of maker community and standardization
- Define and track KPIs for solution usage and ROI
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable ROI and adhere to guardrails
