Anforderungen
- Bachelor degree in Technical or Business field
- Deep understanding/experience in lean production systems, process excellence, performance improvement tools, techniques, concepts
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or understanding of pharmaceutical industry
- Coaching, developing, and influencing people at various levels
- Ability to drive standardization of approach and integrate teams
- Excellent communication skills for interactions at various levels
- Ability to facilitate complex, technical training and workshops
- Proven capabilities in program management
- Experience in successfully executing projects
- Strong proficiency in Excel analytics
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint materials for senior audiences
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel up to 80%
Aufgaben
- Lead TLMS deployments at designated sites
- Prepare sites for TLMS installations
- Build capabilities across site teams
- Troubleshoot deployment challenges
- Monitor and measure deployment success
- Serve as main point of contact for site leadership
- Explain TLMS approach and value to site leadership
- Provide coaching and implementation support
- Contribute to TLMS ecosystem design and refinement
- Support TLMS central team in cross-site program management
- Ensure TLMS installations meet operating standards
- Work with site leadership to explain TLMS impact
- Engage stakeholders on key decisions
- Conduct value analysis and planning
- Train site leadership teams
- Oversee first ecosystem installations
- Integrate ecosystems with digital tools
- Support sites during rollout
- Codify learnings and tools
- Provide input on codification process
- Ensure deployment consistency across sites
- Track impact and value delivery at sites
- Deliver OpEx Academy courses
- Coach certification candidates
- Offer courses in lean, leadership, and statistical tools
- Teach courses in F2F and virtual modes
