- Highly proficient in complex cloning, lentiviral production, mammalian cell culture, and NGS library preparation
- Hybrid skillset in wet-lab research and computational genomics
- Confidence working independently within matrix teams
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Aufgaben
- Establish and optimize a CRISPR-based platform for pre-mRNA splicing modulation
- Design and construct complex guide-RNA libraries in pooled and arrayed formats
- Analyze large-scale genomics data to identify and validate screening hits
- Mechanistically characterize top screening hits and elucidate their mechanisms of action
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team in Lead Discovery and Oncology
- Contribute to high-impact publications and generate intellectual property
