Aufgaben
- Design sustainable IT solutions for the PMO of SMO
- Manage the entire application lifecycle
- Connect technical architecture with organizational processes
- Create scalable tools using modern Microsoft technologies
- Increase efficiency in project management
- Improve transparency and quality in reporting
- Drive automation
- Strengthen ownership for PMO IT solutions
- Build a future-proof and efficient PMO IT solution landscape
- Position the PMO as an enabler for the business
- Design, develop, and operate data-driven PMO reporting and process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and cloud technologies
- Integrate and harmonize data from different systems related to planning, reporting, and project management
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and API interfaces in collaboration with IT/CIT
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, including design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure application quality and performance
- Manage external partners
- Plan and execute rollouts, trainings, and change management
- Empower the PMO
- Develop KPIs
- Utilize innovative technologies such as AI and low-code
