Aufgaben
- Define overall architecture and cloud strategy for Celonis
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across global deployments
- Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards
- Lead Architecture Review Boards to maintain a 'Clean Core' extension of ERP systems
- Drive enterprise modernization using capability mapping and emergent technologies
- Design complex data pipelines and integration patterns
- Present technical designs and value realizations to C-level executives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap
- Resolve customer escalations by coordinating internal teams effectively
- Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry-specific challenges
- Mobilize and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and experts
- Act as the primary liaison between customer technical teams and Celonis Product/Engineering
- Assist in establishing and scaling a Celonis Center of Excellence
