- Initial experience in platform development or product line engineering
- Strong understanding of electronic components, processor architectures (x86, ARM), bus systems (CAN, CAN-FD, TLS), and Linux-based embedded RTOS (Zephyr, Yocto)
- Sound knowledge in state-of-the-art wireless applications (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
- Understanding of standards and regulations (IEC 60601-1-2, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders
- Enjoyment in working with international and diverse teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Business fluency in English
- Business fluency in German
Aufgaben
- Define strategic goals for electronic platform development
- Analyze roadmaps and architectures for platform opportunities
- Develop and maintain a platform component roadmap
- Monitor industry trends for platform innovation
- Lead technical projects for platform development
- Coordinate platform component delivery with teams and partners
- Oversee integration and validation of platform components
- Provide technical support for international registrations
- Facilitate communication between relevant functions
- Present platform strategies and updates to management
