In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of developers, ensuring the successful planning and execution of embedded systems projects. Your work will involve collaboration across departments, integrating new technologies, and upholding quality standards to enhance medical technology solutions.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field
• •Several years of professional experience in cross-functional development of embedded systems, preferably in medical device development
• •Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership and developing high-performing teams in a regulated environment and cybersecurity
• •Experience in collaborating with and managing external development partners nationally and globally
• •In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Linux-based real-time operating systems, preferably Zephyr, as well as microcontrollers and bus systems (CAN, CAN-FD, TSN)
• •Familiarity with modern product and software development methods and CI/CD tools, such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira
• •Knowledge of platform development/product line engineering; practical experience is desirable
• •Application-related project management skills and ability to use classic and agile approaches as appropriate
• •Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• •Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• •Enjoyment of working with international and diverse teams
• •Very good English skills, written and spoken, and good German skills
