- Lead and develop the plant quality organization
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary customer quality interface
- Manage quality claims and professional customer communication
- Improve quality systems, process controls, and audit readiness
- Ensure quality execution across the shopfloor and supply chain
- Translate quality KPIs into actionable improvement initiatives
- Lead APQP and PPAP for new product industrialization
- Champion structured, data-driven problem solving
- Maintain and evolve ISO and IATF management systems
- Manage the quality function budget and performance improvements
