Aufgaben
- Develop and optimize EHS and Automotive Quality Management Systems
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards
- Ensure adherence to Swiss federal laws and local legal requirements
- Identify and eliminate workplace hazards and environmental risks
- Analyze safety incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences
- Propose technical and organizational measures to address root causes
- Advise management on evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Train employees on QEHS guidelines to ensure consistent implementation
- Lead internal audits and prepare for third-party certifications
