Anforderungen
- Degree in security-related field or professional experience in security industry/authority
- Comprehensive knowledge of security concepts, methods, technologies
- Extensive experience in perimeter, mechanical burglary, locking mechanics, mechatronics, access control, alarm, video surveillance
- Experience in developing/implementing security strategies and measures
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security standards

- Absolute team player
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
- English skills (written and spoken)
- Residing in Walldorf/Berlin/Frankfurt surroundings
- Regular mandatory on-call duty for night/weekend coverage
- Willingness to go through personal security clearance
Aufgaben
- Plan, implement, and monitor security measures for assigned company locations
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure security measures comply with laws, regulations, and standards, especially for sovereign data centers
- Stay updated on security developments and adapt strategies accordingly
- Design security system and infrastructure concepts, considering company requirements and risks
- Identify security gaps, select technologies, and develop solutions to ward off threats
- Implement and operate access control measures according to national security and secrecy requirements
- Ensure adherence to federal government physical security demands, including sabotage protection
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to build a comprehensive security infrastructure
