Anforderungen
- Completed degree in security-related field or several years of professional experience in security industry/authority (military, police, intelligence service), ideally managerial
- Comprehensive knowledge of security concepts, methods, and technologies, ideally in data center security or high-protection areas
- Extensive experience in perimeter protection, mechanical burglary protection, locking mechanics and mechatronics, access control, burglar alarm, and video surveillance systems
- Experience in developing and implementing security strategies and measures for locations or facilities
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security standards (IT-Grundschutz, C5, KRITIS, DIN 50600)
- Leadership skills and ability to train, lead, and motivate security team
- Ability to work effectively in global and diverse environment
- Respond to situation developments with fun and flexibility; absolute team player
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English skills (written and spoken)
- Residing in Walldorf/Berlin/Frankfurt or direct surroundings
- Regular mandatory on-call duty for night-time and weekend coverage
- Willingness to go through personal security clearance (Government process)
Aufgaben
- Plan, implement, and monitor security measures for assigned company locations
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure security measures comply with laws, regulations, and standards, especially for sovereign data centers
- Stay updated on security developments and adapt strategies accordingly
- Design security system and infrastructure concepts considering company requirements and risks
- Identify security gaps, select technologies, and develop threat-warding solutions
- Implement and operate access control measures according to national security and secrecy requirements
- Ensure adherence to federal physical security demands, including sabotage protection
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to build a comprehensive security infrastructure
