- Plan and conduct educational events for healthcare professionals
- Inform customer groups about product applications and benefits
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as needed
- Use available EDV and analysis tools for performance tracking
- Plan and organize training sessions for doctors and practice staff
- Maintain and update the regional business management (RMB) plan
- Systematically monitor and control success metrics
